针药结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床研究
Clinical Research on the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma with Combination of Acupuncture and Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods:A prospective analysis was used to select 80 cases of cough variant asthma.A simple number of random method was used to randomly divide patients into a treatment group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional therapy plus montelukast sodium tablets;the treatment group was on the basis of the therapy in the control group and was given acupuncture (Feishu,Dingchuan,Gaohuangshu,column missing,Zusanli and Fenglong).After 4 weeks of treatment,observe two groups before and after treatment according to cytokine levels,symptom integral variable and clinically curative effects.Results:After treatment,in the treatment group the cell factor (Hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α) levels and symptom integrals (cough,sputum,chest and diaphragm fullness and oppression) had significant differences (P ＜ 0.05);in the treatment group the total efficiency was 95 ％,and in the control group the total efficiency was 80％.The differences between two groups had a statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture and medicine can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of cough variant asthma patients,with a high safety.It is worthy of further promotion and application.关键词
