Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for autism children.Methods:Randomly divide 54 patients with autism into a treatment group and a control group,with 27 cases in each group.In two groups rehabilitation training such as language behavior training and sensory integrative training was given.The treatment group was also given scalp acupuncture while training,but the control group was not given scalp acupuncture.Childhood Autism Behavior Rating Scale (CARS) and Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC) were adopted to assess the scores before treatment and after 4 sessions of treatment.Results:After treatment,the scores of CARS and ABC were apparently lower in the treatment group compared with those before treatment (P ＜ 0.01),and the scores of CARS and ABC were lower than those in the control group (P ＜0.01).The scores of control group after treatment were not significantly decreased compared with those of treatment group.Conclusion:The effect of scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is obvious for autism children,and the effect in this way is superior to the single rehabilitation training.关键词
