滞针术治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床研究
Needle Sticking Therapy for De Quervain's Disease: A Randomized Controlled Trial
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To provide reference for the selection of clinical treatment options for De Quervain's disease,we compared the clinical effect of needle sticking therapy with the block therapy.Methods:According to the random number table method,100 patients of De Quervain's disease were divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group received needle sticking therapy and the control group received the block therapy.We recorded the Quinnell score,VAS score and clinical efficiency before and after treatment.Resuits:Two weeks later,three cases fell off in the experimental group,and four cases fell off in the control group.With the intention-to-treat analysis,we found the Quinnell score and VAS score as well as clinical efficiency had no statistical difference in two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of needle sticking therapy for the treatment of De Quervain's disease is similar to that of the block therapy.We believe that needle sticking therapy has a certain application prospect for De Quervain's disease.关键词
