针刺疗法防治术后恶心呕吐的研究进展
Research Advance of Acupuncture Therapy for Preventing and Treating Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting
摘要
Abstract
Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) is a Condition that commonly appears after surgery.The factors such as patients' own factors,anesthesia and surgery have effects on the incidence and severity of PONV.Acupuncture therapy can relieve PONV via the effects of in vivo opioid release,a change in serotonin transmission and adjustment of the autonomic nervous function of the digestive system.In clinical practice,transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation,acupressure,acupuncture,electroacupuncture,acupoint injection and ear point stimulation are mainly used for prevention and treatment of PONV.关键词
