油酸钠在闪锌矿表面的吸附机理
Adsorption mechanism of sphalerite by sodium oleate
摘要
Abstract
The flotation of sphalerite and the adsorption mechanism were studied through flotation tests,absorption measurements,XPS test,zeta potential measurements and infrared spectroscopic analysis using sodium oleate as collector.The results show that sphalerite has good floatability in pH range of 6-10 when the concentration of sodium locate is 1.6 × 10-4 mol/L.When pH is 7,the surface of sphalerite is oxidized to Zn2+,which contributes to the adsorption of oleate ions,and chemical adsorption mainly occurs on the surface of sphalerite for sodium oleate.When pH is 10,Zn(OH)2 is the main compositions,which is unfavourable for the adsorption of oleate ions,and physical adsorption mainly occurs on the surface of sphalerite for sodium oleate.关键词
