摘要

Abstract

HAnps and HAnps with doped Mg (Mg-HAnps) were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method (HTSM), grafted adhesive peptide (RGD) after silanization combined with carbodiimide method, labeled HAnps, Mg-HAnps, RGD-HAnps, RGD-Mg-HAnps with coumarin-6 as a fluorescent label, and they were co-cultured with human osteosarcoma MG63 cell line (MG63) cells. The effects of HAnps with doping Mg and grafting RGD on endocytosis of MG63 cells were investigated. The results show that RGD-Mg-HAnps have no cytotoxicity. Mg-doped and RGD-grafted HAnps improve endocytosis of MG63 cells, which have synergistic effects. RGD-Mg-HAnps are able to promote endocytosis.
