Abstract
In order to realize high speed induction motor direct torque control system of dynamic torque maximum output,put forward a kind of DTC system based on transient flux correction peak torque output method.First,highspeed induction motor DTC system mathematical model was established,and analyzed the maximum output voltage of inverter and motor flux vector relationship between;On this basis,the induction motor torque rate was derived in detail,it was concluded that the dynamic torque maximum points for the inverter was the key to one of the effective vector conclusions;break traditional DTC method of circular flux,the transient magnetic chain correction in the dynamic process for hexagon stator flux by circular change.Finally,the double 25 kW induction motor to drag the prototype experiment showed that the transient flux correction mechanism to improve after the introduction of the induction motor DTC system the feasibility and effectiveness of the torque response.关键词
