Chemical Constituents of Arisaema rhizomatum
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Arisaema rhizomatum.Methods:The air-dried Arisaema rhizomatum was extracted with 90％ MeOH by cold leaching.The extract was suspended in H2O and applied to macroporous resin D101 with EtOH and H2O to afford polar portions.The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography,and identified based on spectral analysis from these portions.Results:Eight compounds were isolated from Arisaema rhizomatum,and characterized as stigmasterol (1),hemslecin A (2),psiguanin A (3),friedelin (4),thymidine (5),cycloartenol (6),β-sitosterol (7),daucosterol (8).Conclusion:Compounds 2 ～6 are isolated from this genus for the first time,compuonds 2 ～6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.关键词
