Quantitative Analysis and Evaluation of 13 Nucleosides in Cordyceps Health Care Products by UHPLC-ESI-MS/MS

Abstract
Objective:To investigte the nucleoside compounds from eight kinds of common Cordyceps health care products which were sold in Hongkong and mainland markets.Methods:A combination of ultrasonic extraction in an ice bath and UHPLC-ESI-MS/MS analysis method were used for fast simultaneous determination of 13 nucleosides in the health care products of Cordyceps.Results:The content of targeted nucleoside compounds in health care products were significantly higher than natural medicinal materials of Cordyceps sinensis.The components of health care products mostly were Cordyceps sinensis mycelium powder,rather than from the natural medicinal materials of Cordyceps sinensis by crushing and processing directly.Conclusion:To determine the nucleosides components in Cordyceps,and compared the quality of health care products which were made from the medicinal materials and mycelium of Cordyceps sinensis in the market,which results may reflect the differences between nucleosides types and contents which have sold in the market of Cordyceps health care products.关键词
