摘要

Abstract

Objective:To establish a method of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker(QAMS) for simultaneous determining five alkaloids in Chelidonium majus.Methods:Coptisine was used as the internal reference standard,the relative correction factors of chelerythrine,chelidonine,sanguinarine,berberine were calculated.The contents of remaining ingredients were calculated by using relative correction factors.At the same time,the external standard method was used to detect the contents of five alkaloids,the differences of the two methods were compared,and the accuracy and feasibility of QAMS were verified.Results:The results calculated with quantitative analysis of multi-components by QAMS were consistent with the results by the external standard method,and there were no significant differences between the quantitative results of the QAMS and external standard method.Conclusion:HPLC-QAMS can be used for the quality evaluation of Chelidonium majus.
