Abstract
Objective:To explore the molecular mechanism of Pogostemon cablin on intervening irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) based on computing network pharmacological studies.Methods:The interactions between 94 compounds from Pogostemon cablin and ten approved drug targets related to IBS were studied by molecular docking and network pharmacological analysis methods.Results:Most of the compounds in Pogostemon cablin exhibited good drug-like properties.By the network analysis,the mechanism was revealed that the flavonoids in Pogostemon cablin regulated the ADRB3,CHRM1,CCKAR,HTR4,TACR1 for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.Conclusion:The network pharmacological method is an efficient way to predict the active molecules in Pogostemon cablin and to elucidate the mechanism of their action.关键词
