向日葵花盘挥发油的GC-MS定性分析
GC-MS Analysis of Volatile Oil from Disc of Helianthus annuus

Abstract
Objective:The experiment aims to qualitatively analyze the volatile oil from the disc of Helianthus annuus with GC-MS to provide a scientific basis for the further research and development.Methods:The volatile oil was extracted bysteam distillation.GC-MS and similarity retrieval of the computer in conjunction were used to identify the chemical constituentsof volatile oil from the disc.The relative percentage contents of each chemical component were determined by using chromato-graphic peak area normalization method.Results:29 compounds were identified from the disc.The main components of volatileoil are different kinds of terpenoids.And the high relative percentage content are ot-pinene (21.95％),sabinene (15.66％),β-pinene(4.03％),germacrene D (3.62％),calarene (3.29％),4-terpineol (2.68％),limonene (2.2％) and so on.Conclusions:Components of the volatile oil from the disc of H.annuus are mostly terpenoids with high medicinal value.It hasgreat research value and broad market prospects.关键词
