海南砂仁脂溶性成分的GC-MS分析
GC-MS Analysis of Lipid Soluble Composition from Fruits of Amomum longiligulare

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents in the lipid soluble composition from the fruits of Amomum longiligulare.Methods:The petroleum ether fraction was extracted by solvent step by step and its chemical constituents were separated,determined and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with computer retrieval in compound databases.The relative percentage content of each compound was calculated by peak area normalization method.Results:76 compounds were separated and 56 of them were identified,which covered 68.81％ of the total lipid soluble composition.The major constituents with higher relative content were hydroquinone (7.74％),Z,E-2,13-octadecadien-1-ol (6.86％),E,E-2,13-octadecadien-1-ol (5.44％),4-undecylphenol (3.71％),(Z)-9-octadecenal (3.65％),cis-vaccenic acid (3.39 ％) and (E,E)-germacra-3,7 (11),9-trien-6-one (3.05 ％).Conclusion:Chemical constituents of the petroleum ether fraction from the fruits of A.longiligulare were analyzed for the first time.The present study provides a chemical basis for A.longiligulare.关键词
