摘要

Abstract

Objective:To determine the wall-broken rates of four kinds of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) microfine powders,including Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Seutellariae,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae.Moreover,the microscopic feature differences between micro-fine powders and conventional powders were compared.Methods:The cell counting method was applied to evaluate the effect of micro-fine grinding technology on the wall-broken rate with the number of intact cork cell and parenchyma cell as the index.Meanwhile,the cell structure and ergastic substances were compared between micro-fine powders and conventional powders by microscopic observation method.Results:The wall-broken rates of four kinds of TCM micro-fine powders were over 95%.The cell wall was almost broken and the intact cell and vessel fragment were occasional Conclusion:Micro-fine grinding technology has a good effect on the wall-broken rates of four kinds of TCM micro-fine powders,including Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Seutellariae,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae.
