响应面法优化莲子蛋白提取工艺研究
Optimization of Extraction Process of Proteinfrom Lotus Seed by Response Surface Methodology
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To optimize the extraction process for protein from lotus seed.Methods:Based on the single factor analysis,the lotus seed protein extraction conditions were optimized by the response surface method.Results:The results showed that the optima extraction conditions were as follows:initial pH 8.0,solid-liquid ratio 1∶15,extraction time 7 h,which resulted in in an extraction yield of 14.53％.Conclusion:By using the response surface methodology extraction technology,the extraction process was easy to operate and accurate and good reproducible and has a practical application value.关键词
