灵芝新品种"仙芝2号"的选育及特征特性研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To select new varieties of Ganoderma lucidum and promote the development of G.lucidum industry chain.Methods:Varieties analysis of genetic differences between amplified by ERIC-PCR technology,through tissue isolation,space mutation,ratio of products and stability test,combined with the system of breeding methods,from "Xianzhi 1" screened "new Ganoderma species with high yield and good quality are 2".Results:The aspect of obtain high yield,high temperature resistance is better than other varieties of G.lucidum.Conclusion:"Xianzhi 2 with superior characteristics including strong resistance,high spore yield,high plumpness,has promotion value and good market prospects.关键词
