摘要
Abstract
Objective:To optimize extracting process for Ginseng Radix by using microwave vacuum drying technology.Methods:The total content of ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rb1 and ginsenoside Rg1 was used as the index,and the microwave power,drying time,spreading thickness were selected as effect factors.I L9(34)orthogonal experiment was applied to determine the optimal microwave vacuum ginseng extract drying process.Results:Best microwave vacuum drying process conditions were follows:microwave power was 550 W,spreading thickness of 8 mm,drying time 12 min.Conclusion:The extract method is stable,time-saving,and suitable for large-scale production.关键词
