翻白草对CCL4所致慢性肝损伤大鼠肝脏保护作用的实验研究
Protective Effect of Potentilla Discolor Bge on Rats with Chronic Liver Injury Induced by CCL4
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Potentilla Discolor Bge (PDB)on CCL4-induced chronic liver injury.Methods:80 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:blank control group,model control group,potentilla discolor bunge groups with low dose and high dose.Establish chronic liver injury models induced by CCL4.Compare the liver index,serum ALT,AST and TBIL levels and liver pathological injury in rats in each group.Results:The PDB could reduce the liver index of rats and the contents of serum ALT,AST and TBIL,delay or inhibit the process of liver fibrosis in the model rats.Conclusion:PDB has a significantly protective effect on chronic liver injury rats induced by CCL4.关键词
