Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with urokinase retrobulbar injection on traumatic vitreous hemorrhage.Methods:68 patients with traumatic vitreous hemorrhage were admitted as study objects.All the patients were randomly divided into an observation group with 34 cases (34 eyes) and a control group with 34 patients (34 eyes).The control group was given urokinase retrobulbar injection 10 000 U with adding l ml NS,10 times as a course;the observation group was given Huoxue Huayu decoction on the basis of the therapy in the control group,10 doses as a courses.After 2 courses,the vision was observed before and after treatment.The degree of vitreous opacity and clinical efficacy were evaluated.Results:The vision of observation group and control group after treatment was improved more significantly than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).Moreover,the effect of vision improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 91.18％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group with 79.41％,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The degree of vitreous opacity in the observation group and the control group after treatment was reduced more significantly than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The degree of vitreous opacity in the observation group was reduced more significantly than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with urokinase retrobulbar injection has an exact effect in the treatment of traumatic vitreous hemorrhage.The therapy can effectively improve vision,promote the absorption of vitreous opacity and optimize the clinical treatment,which is worthy of clinical use.关键词
