摘要

Abstract

The as-cast columnar crystal DZ125 alloy was treated by surface sand blasting with different time,then by diffuse heat treatment and solution heat treatment.The recrystallization layers with different thickness were obtained,and the creep life of the alloy was measured.The microstructure of the alloy was observed by scanning electron microscope.The effect ofrecrystallization and its thickness on the creep properties of the alloy were analyzed.The results show that with the sand blasting time increase,the recrystallization layer thickness of the columnar crystal DZ125 alloy increases.The shape of carbide in the as-cast DZ125 columnar crystal alloy is slice,strip or graininess,and the part of carbides after the standard heat treatment were dissolved,the size of the slice was reduced,and the holes appeared on the surface of slice carbide.Strip carbides turn into graininess,the size of original graininess crystal grain reduced.A small amount of graininess carbides are precipitated around the grain boundaries after recrystallization.Under the 980 ℃ and 235 MPa conditions,compared to columnar crystal alloy without recrystallization the creep life ofrecrystallization alloy was decreased by 30%.During the creep,the carbides in the grain accumulated and grew around the grain boundary,which was beneficial to the increase of the strength of grain boundary.During creep the crack initiation was mainly along with the recrystallization grain boundary,which was perpendicular to the stress axis.Crack initiation points also existed in the internal of the columnar crystal alloy.The rafted γ'phase in recrystallization grains indicate that the grain boundaries ofrecrystallization which weakened the creep strength of the alloy also have certain strength.
