摘要
Abstract
During machining processes of the ZL114A aluminum alloy thin wall castings,the stabilization treatments for the work pieces by using of thermal-cooling cycling treatment technology have been carried out.The inspection results after the treatments show that the surface stress values and intemal residual stresses are decreased;the deformation of the parts is greatly reduced and the dimensional stability is improved.At the same time,with increasing of treatment times,new precipitated phases are found in the aluminum alloy microstructures and the precipitated phases become refined and uniform;more dislocations appear in the aluminum alloy microstructures and become thinner and more dispersed.The mechanical properties of the work pieces after the treatments change little and satisfy the performance specifications of the parts.关键词
