熔体处理对A356合金组织和性能的影响
Effect of Melt Treatment on Mechanical Properties and Microstructures of A356 Alloy

Abstract
The effect of different modification in electromagnetic levitation melting A356 aluminium alloy on its microstructures and mechanical properties under the conditions with the output current of 70 A,the heating time for 5 min was investigated by optical microscopy (OM),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS).The results show that the tensile strength and elongation of different melt processing of A356 increased with the continuous improvement,the tensile strength and elongation of A356 aluminium alloy melting in electromagnetic levitation and adding Al-10Sr+Al-5Ti-1B-1RE refiner was the highest;vacuum electromagnetic levitation melting can get more dense microstructures,Al-5Ti-1B-1RE by reducing free energy and Al-10Sr by generating high melting point compounds increase the heterogeneous nucleation to grain refine,they interact each other to achieve the best effect.关键词
