Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive, nonsurgical comprehensive rhinoplasty technique. Methods From Jan. 2015 to Jan. 2016, 56 cases were treated with nonsurgical comprehensive rhinoplasty technique, including Hyaluronic acid injection and burying method supporting with botulinum toxin injection. The filler was injected in base of the columella, dorsum of the nose and the base of the alar. And then the soft absorbable zigzag lines were buried through micro hole to elevate the dorsum and the columella to raise the tip of the nose. Then the dorsal muscle, dilator muscle of naris, musculus depressor septinasi were relaxed by botulinum toxin. Results All patients were followed up for 1 year, different degrees of improvement were obtained. No infection and nasal septal perforation were observed. The patient's downtime was only 4-5 days. Fifty patients were satisfied with the aesthetic effect in the questionnaire, 6 cases were generally satisfied, the satisfaction rate was 89.3%. Conclusion The comprehensive rhinoplasty of filler injection and burying method supporting with botulinum toxin injection is minimal invasive and effective with short recovery period. It is proved to be worthy of popularization and application.关键词
