丙纶基熔喷非织造布接枝丙烯酸及其性能研究
On the Preparation and Properties of Grafted Polypropylene Meltblown Non-woven Materials with Acrylic Acid

Abstract
The melt blown polypropylene nonwovens were prepared and used as matrix for suspension grafting reaction with acrylic acid,then the Fe(Ⅲ) ions were chelated to the surface of the modified polypropylene nonwoven fabrics.Mean while,the hydrophilicity of the polypropylene non-woven fabrics was studied.The capacity of the grafted polypropylene adsorbed metal ions was measured by inductively coupled plasma spectrometer.The results showed that the acrylic acid monomers were grafted to the surface of the meltblown polypropylene nonwovens by suspension grafting reaction,and the hydrophilic of the modified polypropylene nonwovens was greatly improved;furthermore,the material has a significant capacity for Fe (Ⅲ) ions adsorption.关键词
