摘要
Abstract
High-throughput sequencing is a major technology innovation of traditional DNA sequencing, which brings new opportunities to the research of shellfish species.This review focused on their technical principles, data analysis of the 454, Solexa and SOLiD high-throughput sequencing platforms and their application in the study of shellfish transcriptome.At the same time, the future development direction of high-throughput sequencing was summarized and forecasted.关键词
