Abstract
The development of land consolidation in foreign countries and the construction of the legal system of the land were analyzed.The land consolidation experiences of Germany and Holland were summarizd,combined with the situation of Chinese national conditions,the following suggestions of Chinese land consolidation were put foward:The land consolidation should be combined with the actual situation of China,promote the development of modern agriculture,promote the green development of agriculture,the integration of rural industry,and promote the precision of poverty alleviation through land consolidation.关键词
