复合酶法提取菊芋菊糖的工艺优化
Optimization of Complex Enzymatic Extraction Technology of Inulin from Jerusalem artichoke
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To optimize the complex enzymes extraction of inulin from Jerusalem artichoke.[Method] The effects of solid-liquid ratio, pH, temperature, enzyme contents on the yield of inulin were explored.On the basis of this, the response surface methodology was adopted to optimize operation parameters and obtain the best extraction conditions.[Result] The results showed that the optimum conditions were the radio of material-to-liquid of 1∶20 (g∶mL), pH 6.0, temperature of 54 ℃, compound enzymes(mpapain∶mpectinase=1∶8) with enzyme sample of 131 μg/g and extraction time of 40 mins.Under the optimum conditions, the inulin yield could obtain about 73.30%.[Conclusion] The study will provide the thesis basis for further industrial production.关键词
