浓硫酸处理对截叶铁扫帚种子发芽的影响
Effects of Concentrated Sulfuric Acid Treatment on Seed Germination of Lespedeza cuneata

Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the hardening method of removing seed of Lespedeza cuneata and improve the germination rate.[Method] The optimum temperature for seed germination of Lespedeza cuneata was selected.The effects of concentrated sulfuric acid treatment on the seed germination of Lespedeza cuneata were studied by 98% concentrated sulfuric acid soaking different time(0.5, 1, 5, 10, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 120,140 min).[Result]Under the condition of optimum temperature(30 ℃), the germination rate of seed was the highest (95%) and the germination potential was 83% when concentrated sulfuric acid soaking 60 min.The germination potential was the highest(87%),the germination rate was 88% when concentrated sulfuric acid soaking 100 min.[Conclusion]The use of concentrated sulfuric acid treatment can remove the seed hardening phenomenon and improve seed germination rate.关键词
