Research Progress of Establishment of Regeneration System in Cassava
摘要
Abstract
Cassava is an important crop for food and industrial raw materials.With the development of cell engineering and gene engineering,highly efficient regeneration system is a prerequisite for biotechnology breeding.This review summarizes the development and establishment of regeneration of cassava,via organogenesis,somatic embryogenesis,friable embryogenic callus (FEC) and protoplast,hoping to provide some useful reference for the technical progress of tissue culture and regeneration system of cassava.关键词
