紫外分光光度法测定甘草渣中总黄酮含量
Determination of Total Flavonoids in Licorice Residue by UV Spectrophotometry
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to establish the determination method of total flavonoids content in licorice residue.[Method]Using rutin as the reference substance and 10% KOH as the color reagent,the content of total flavonoids in the samples was measured at 409 nm by UV spectrophotometry.[Result]The total flavonoids showed a good linearity in a certain range,R2 was 0.994 5.The average recoveries were 88%,RSD was 1.3%,and the content of total flavonoids in licorice residue was 2.24%.[Conclusion] The method is stable and simple,and is suitable for the determination of total flavonoids in licorice residue.关键词
