Optimizing Solid Fermentation Condition for Paenibacillus polymyxa DN-1

Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to discuss solid fermentation condition for Paenibacillus polymyxa DN-1.[Method] We optimized the best solid medium and fermentation conditions of Paenibacillus polymyxa DN-1 by the single factor and muti factor experiments.[Result] The optimum medium for Paenibacillus polymyxa DN-1 was 15% rice husk,40% corn flour,20% potato,10% oil-tea-cake,15%water,0.1% K2HPO4 and 0.2% MnSO4.The optimal fermentation conditions were fermentation time for 72 h,temperature at 37 ℃,pH at 6.5-7.0 and 10% inoculation quantity.The yield and ratio of spore formation were 2.63 billion spores /g and 92%,respectively.[Conclusion] The results provide reference for further study and application of Paenibacillus polymyxa DN-1.关键词
