在借鉴发达地区及国外乡村旅游发展模式和成功经验的基础上,从改善旅游环境、转变经营理念、强化人才培训和创新旅游项目开发等方面,提出中西部欠发达地区乡村旅游发展的对策和建议,旨在提高中西部欠发达地区的旅游经济,帮助中西部农民摆脱贫穷落后的局面.
