摘要

Abstract

In order to effectively monitor the operation status of production equipment, a multi-channel signal detection module based on dual MCU is designed. Taking the design ideas of software and hardware design, the measurement function and the communication response function are assumed by different MCU, one MCU completes the measurement process, and the other MCU is responsible for the communication and the module self checking. Measurement process MCU realizes simple signal gating and signal digitization, and push the measurement results to communication MCM to ensure that the measurement sequence is not interrupted by communication response. Communication MCU is responsible for measurement command of a host system, and creates single with fixed frequency and amplitude. The self checking signals go through all aspects of the processing and realize self correcting of measurement result and self checking of measurement circuit. The measurement results show that the design can improve the reliability of the module, and has high practical value, which has been verified in the application process.
