摘要

Abstract

In order to study the strength of certain type mortar base plate on the mid-hard soil during firing, a coupling mechanics finite element model of mortar's base plate and hard soil was built. Use static analysis, finite element analysis model of two different material mortar base plates on the mid-hard soil were built separately, and use ANSYS Workbench to analyze structural strength and stiffness of the model. Acquire base plate strength of different materials and displacement change principle. The simulation results shows that the position of the mortar maximum stress is similar in the same loading condition, using TC4 titanium alloy, mortar base plate maximum stress suffered far less than its yield limit. The result is a reference to mortar base plate lightweight design.
