不同制备工艺所得毛樱桃总黄酮的抗炎活性研究

Abstract
Objective To study the optimum extraction technology of total flavonoids from Prunus tomentosa,and determine the content of total flavonoids in the extracts,in order to provide theoretical basis for the further study of the manchu cherry. Method The system solvent extraction method was used to enrich and purify total flavonoids in the ethanol extracts. The anti-inflammatory activity of the extracts was investigated by mouse ear swelling test. Results The optimized extraction and purification process could obviously improve the extraction rate of total flavonoids;The content of total flavonoids in water and petroleum ether extract was 1 . 31% and 5. 59%,respectively,and the content of total flavonoids in ethyl acetate extract was 26. 31%;The effects of the three extracts on the degree of swelling ( mg ) of the ear swelling model mice were 11 . 03 ± 3 . 44 ( water extract),11. 29 ± 2. 92 (petroleum ether extract) and 6. 56 ± 2. 59 (ethyl acetate extract),respectively. Conclusion The total flavonoids of Prunus tomentosa can be extracted and enriched by ethanol, petroleum ether,water and ethyl acetate. The yield, purity and anti-inflammatory activity of the total flavonoids can be improved by the optimized technology significantly.关键词
