半夏泻心汤治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性相关性胃炎98例临床研究
Clinical Study on 98 Cases of Banxiaxiexin Decoction for H. pylori-related Positive Gastritis

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical treatment of H. pylori positive gastritis with Banxiaxiexin Decoction. Method 98 cases of chronic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups, 51 cases for Banxiaxiexin Decoction group as a treatment group and 47 cases for Weisu Granules as a control group. Results The total effective rate of patients in the treatment group was 88 . 2% and that in the control group was 87. 2%,showing no significant difference ( P>0. 05 );the HP infection rate in the treatment group before the treatment was 62 . 7% and the HP clearance rate after treatment was 80 . 1%, with significant difference before and after the treatment ( P< 0 . 05 ) , while there was no significant difference before and after treatment in the control group (P>0. 05),indicating that the HP clearance in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group(P<0. 01). Conclusion Banxiaxiexin Decoction is an effective prescription in the treatment of chronic gastritis,especially gastritis associated with H. pylori infection, worthy to be popularized in the clinical practice.关键词
