Abstract
Objective To analyze the related factors of 308 nm excimer light in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods Topical treatment with 308 nm excimer light was performed 1 times every 4 days,with a course of treatment for 10 times.Results The total effective rate was 90.16% and the significant effective rate was 78.69%.The total effective rate and the significant effective rate of children were higher than those of the aged (over 60 years old).The shorter the course of disease was,the higher were total effective rate and the significant effective rate.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate and the significant effective rate in the period of the disease.The total effective rate and the significant effective rate of the parts was, the head and face > the neck > Head face > Trunk > Limbs > Hands and feet > the mucosa.The incidence of adverse reaction was 47.54%.Conclusion 308 nm excimer light in the treatment of vitiligo was safe and effective,the patient's age,course of disease,the location have an impact on efficacy,but stage had no significant effect.关键词
