Abstract
Objective To analyze the use of antibiotics during perioperative period in our hospital,and to provide reference for administration of antibiotics application.Methods 3792 surgical cases from January 2013 to December 2015 were randomly selected to evaluate the perioperative use of antibiotics.The rationality of antibacterial drug indications,drug selection,usage and dosage,medication time,duration were avaluated.Results From 2013 to 2015,the perioperative antimicrobial of the rational utilization rate respectively 48.2%,78.9%,90.1%.Remarkable management effect was obsvered.Conclusion The perioperative antimicrobial utilization in our hospital is more and more standardized,but a small part of problem such as excessive use of antibiotic in clean surgical site during perioperation,long duration of antibiotics prophylaxis still exists.The rational utilization of antimicrobial drugs required by the Ministry of Health should be strict implemented in order to ensure the drug safety,economy and efficacy for patients.关键词
