摘要

Abstract

Pathogenic bacteria in aquatic environment is the major cause of aquaculture diseases.However conventional methods require a long time and a great amount of cost for other reagents,and suffer from difficult isolation and lower automation.A magnetic isolating method for aquaculture pathogens detection system was proposed.A dedicated magnetic controller with magnetic capture and isolation was designed,and the magnetic isolation experiment platform based on microfluidic chip was built up.The optimum magnetic pole current,switching frequency and capture time of the platform were determined,and illustrated by the case of Escherichia coli O157:H7 the performance of the method was experimentally verified.The research results showed that the capture efficiency of magnetic isolating method reached as high as 92%.And compared with passive isolation by barriers,the capture efficiency increased by 30%,and the separating operation was flexible and controllable with higher automation,which realized pathogens efficient separation and benefitted rapid detection and early warning on aquaculture disease.
