空间高能电子辐照对氟橡胶性能的影响
Effect of Space High-energy Electron Irradiation on Characteristics of Fluorine Rubber
摘要
Abstract
Resistivity characteristic and mechanical property of the fluorine rubber was studied under the same energy and different dose rate of electron irradiation.Electron energy was 2MeV,and electron dose rate was 1.5 × 105rad(Si)/h,1.5 × 106rad(Si)/h,1.5 × 107rad(Si)/h respectively.With electron dose rate increasing,the resistivity of the fluorine rubber was decreased continuously.Tensile strength of the fluorine rubber increased at first,then decreased continuously,with inceasing electron irradiation dose.At the same time,the tensile strain at break of the fluorine rubber decreased,and had no relationship with the irradiation dose rate.Experiment results are significant in guiding the design of spacecraft and the application of materials.关键词
