摘要

Abstract

The stabilities including interface stability,chemical and structural stability of Ce0.8 Sm0.2 O2 (samarium oxide doped cerium oxide SDC) and Mn1.5 Co1.5 O4 for tubular solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) are studied in this paper.The SDC and MCO powders were mixed at a ratio of 1 ∶ l,milled and then pressed to be disc green samples,followed by heat treatment at various temperatures.The composite specimens were characterized by XRD,EDS and SEM.The results showed that the SDC and MCO in the composite showed a good chemical compatibility.The specimen is not densified until the heat treatment temperature reaches 1000℃.However,when heat treatment temperature is higher than 1400℃,the particle size of the composite starts to grow.
