N、S共掺杂TiO2催化剂的制备及其光催化性能
Preparation of N/S-TiO2 Catalyst and Photo-Degradation Activity

Abstract
N/S-TiO2 catalysts were prepared by hydrothermal method with thiourea as the source of nitrogen and sulfur,and urea as hydrolysis modifier.The products were characterized by XRD、SEM and XPS.Photo-catalytic effect was evaluated by UV-vis spectrum,BET analysis and photo-catalytic experimental when MO solution was applied as simulation pollutant whose mass concentration was 0.02g · L-1.The experiment result showed that N and S substituted for Ti and O,respectively,in TiO2 lattice to form Ti-O-S(+6) and OTi-N.The product prepared was of smaller size of about 17 nm,when calcined temperature was 550℃.The photo-catalytic activity result indicated that when exposure time under UV light reached 1.5h,MO degradation completed thoroughly,and the decolorization rate reached higher than 96%.关键词
