Abstract
In view of the locomotive power test with simulation load cause energy waster, an energy feedback type electronic load is designed to feedback the test energy to the side of the dc input of power supply.The energy feedback type of electronic load is composed by the boost chopper circuit and the phase-shifted full bridge circuit.The boost chopper circuit adopted single current inner loop control structure, one-cycle control mode, controlling the input inductor current to simulate output characteristic of dc power load;The phase-shifted full bridge circuit used the double-loop control structure of the input voltage outer loop and output current inner loop, proportional control mode, using the high frequency inverter to isolate the input and output, and efficiently feedback the energy to the side of the dc input of power supply, which makes the test energy recycled.Through a 8 kW simulation experiment platform, the feasibility of the design is verified.The results show that the dc electronic load of dc feedback type can save more than 80% of the test energy.关键词
