Abstract
In order to reduce the weight of warhead and meet the requirements of the special interface size of charge,the three-dimensional finite element model was built,and the three-dimensional numerical simulation on forming process of rod-type jet was carried out by LS-DYNA software.The influence of circumferential constraint on the jet-forming process of variable-wall-thickness ball-lacking cap charge was studied.The result shows that the shell thickness,bushing material and height significantly influence the shape and velocity distribution of rod jet in the circumferential constraint.The effect of circumferential-constraint material on the jet flow ranks the first,and the effects of shell thickness and bushing height rank the second.It can effectively change the jet shape and performance to reasonablely match.At the same time,the warhead weight can be reduced,and the size of charge interface can be matched.关键词
