网格化中低压智能配电网评价指标体系与方法
Gridding Evaluation Index System and Method of MV and LV Intelligent Distribution Network

Abstract
In order to realize fine management and evaluation of distribution network,this paper proposed gridding evaluation index system of MV and LV intelligent distribution network and comprehensive evaluation method.Gridding dividing principle of intelligent distribution network is defined.On this basis,from view of the two stakeholders--power users and enterprises,combined with their demands and concern indices,refine distribution evaluation index system of court unit and 10kV distribution backbone lines are constructed.An evaluation method is proposed based on the least square method and gray correlation analysis multi-objective decision.With model of the method,realizing least square method,this paper optimizes subjective weights calculated with DARE (Decision Alternative Ratio Evaluation)method and objective weights achieved from entropy method,taking into account evaluation indices of subjective and objective information at the same time.G-ridding evaluation index system and the evaluation method are applied to calculate advantages and disadvantages of each grid and weak link in regional intelligent distribution network.Result shows that the index system and the method provide foundation for construction and improvement of intelligent distribution network,and serve for fine management of intelligent distribution network.关键词
