A State Estimation and Fault Processing Method Based on Big Data Analysis of Smart Distribution Network

Abstract
Traditional protection methods for intelligent distribution network have some problems,such as complex relay setting,difficult co-operation and poor adaptability.In order to solve these problems,this article puts forward a state estimation and fault processing method based on big data analysis of smart distribution network.Firstly,current and power data sampled by integration of measurement and control terminal are pre-processed according to network connection matrix and regional difference rule.Secondly,results of data pre-processing are extended in time and space to construct high-dimensional state estimation matrix.Then the state estimation matrix is analyzed with multi-dimensional scaling and local outlier factor to calculate local outlier factor of each node.Finally,according to value of local outlier factor and relationship between the nodes,fault detection and location are realized.The article proposes prevention criterion for mal-operation leaded by sensor fault beside fault judgment criterion for distribution network.Hardware-in-loop experiments based on RTDS demonstrate effectiveness of the proposed method.关键词
