摘要

Abstract

When large scale renewable energy is connected to power grid,virtual power plant consisting of uncontrollable renewable energy and controllable energy can reduce effect of power output uncertainty on grid security and improve power supply reliability.Time-of-use power price of grid can stimulate virtual power plant to participate in grid shiffing load,reduce cost of power generation and get better benefits.For this reason,a strategy of virtual power plant based on time-of-use power price is designed.With goal of maximizing profits in each period,an economic optimal dispatch model of virtual power plant based on time-of-use power price is established.Power output of each energy resource of virtual power plant is obtained with particle swarm algorithm.Output coefficient of controllable generators and effect predicting error of uncontrollable generator on economy of virtual power plant are analyzed.Economy of virtual power plant was compared under four storage system scenarios.Simulation result shows rationality of the established model,and that virtual power plant based on time-of-use power price can get better economy and power quality using pumped storage and energy storage battery for joint operation when large scale renewable energy is connected to grid.
