摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate contamination accumulating features of post insulators in UHVDC convertor station,a natural contamination experiment was carried out at ±800kV Zhongzhou convertor station,Henan in 2014 and 2015.Experiment results indicate that insulator pollution levels is ranked as insulators not energized,energized with AC and energized with DC,from light to heavy degree.Pollution difference for porcelain insulators is not obvious.As for composite and RTV-coating insulators,those at negative pole line bear more severe pollution.Equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD) ratio of insulators at negative bus to those at positive bus is 2.4;non soluble deposit density (NSDD) ratio of insulators at negative bus to those at positive bus is 2.7.Regardless of negative or positive pole,pollution of porcelain insulators is the least,followed by composite insulators,and pollution of RTV-coating insulators is the most serious.In contaminants,major cations are Ca2+ and K+,major anions are NO3-and SO42-.Major soluble deposit is CaSO4 and nitrates.
