摘要

Abstract

To compare the differences of anti-inflammatory effect among total compound alkaloids,simplified compound alkaloids and alkaloids of Leonurus japonicus of traditional Chinese medicine "GongYanJing" in mice,the mice were divided into five groups including normal saline,dexamethasone,total compound alkaloids,simplified compound alkaloids and alkaloids of Leonurus japonicus.The anti-inflammatory experiments adopted mouse ear swelling model,toe swelling model,celiac capillary permeability experiment and granuloma inflammation model to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect of each treatment.The results showed tant compared with alkaloids of Leonurus japonicas,simplified compound alkaloids and total compound alkaloids could significantly inhibit rates of xylene-induced ear swelling and albumen-induced toe edema,suppress the hyperplasia of granulation tissue induced by cotton ball,and reduce the capillary permeability in abdominal cavity.However,there were no difference found between simplified compound alkaloids(P<0.05)and total compound alkaloids groups and dexamethasone group(P>0.05).The anti-inflammatory effect of both simplified compound alkaloids and total compound alkaloids of traditional Chinese medicine "GongYanJing" is better clinical medcine.
