牛传染性鼻气管炎诊断方法研究进展
Progress on Diagnosis Method of Infectious Bovine Rhinotracheitis
摘要
Abstract
Infectious bovine rhinotracheitis(IBR)in cattle caused by infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus(IBRV),also called as bovine herpes virus-1(BoHV-1)can be an acute,feverish,and contagious infectious disease characterized by inflammation in upper respiratory tracts.It is a worldwide popular disease.The early and accurate diagnosis is essential to control this disease.The common diagnosis methods include pathogenic detection and serolog.Pathogenic detection has advantages of highly specific,and sensitive but time-consuming and cost-consuming,while serological diagnosis has advantages of sensitivity,low cost,convenience and rapidity.As the marker vaccines are increasingly used in eradication of IBR,differential diagnosis techniques are used to idifferentiate vaccine immunization and natural infection.In this paper,the progress on IBR diagnosis was summarized in order to provide reference for IBR diagnosis and control.关键词
